One of our repeat clients recently came by Precision Audio recently to inquire about Cam-Locker toolboxes and window tint for his work truck. He was looking for a crossover toolbox and some side-mount toolboxes. After looking at his truck, we noticed that he had a gooseneck hitch, which could have been an issue because side-mount toolboxes could get in the way when he was turning his truck. To solve this problem, we suggested the Cam-Locker low-pro crossover toolbox and low-pro side-mount toolboxes, along with Llumar ATR window tint.
We cut out the Llumar ATR window tint using our computer-controlled plotter, which makes a precise cut for each window and ensures that we never have to use a razor to cut the film on the vehicle. Then we installed the tint in our dust-free tint bay.
We installed the Cam-Locker king-size low-pro in matte black with rails crossover toolbox, along with two of the Cam-Locker 72″ low-pro matte-black with rails side-mount toolboxes, to give our customer all of the storage space he needed without interfering with his gooseneck hitch.
Each Cam-Locker toolbox uses a revolving cam that hooks through a welded catch to secure it in the closed position. This is the most secure locking system available. Breaking in would require damaging the lid or using power tools. Cam-Locker toolboxes also come with carpeting on the sides and floors. Each toolbox also comes with a key-lockable chrome-plated carbon steel T-handle. Cam-Locker uses heavy duty, .063 gauge, polished-aluminum, welded construction to make these toolboxes.
After installation, we contacted the client to let him know that his truck was ready. He was pleased with how the toolboxes looked and with the amount of storage space they provided, and that he could turn his truck with the trailer attached without any problems.
