The owner of this 2020 GMC Sierra HD Denali pickup recently visited Precision Audio in Thomasville to inquire about upgrading the truck with a lift kit, window tint and several accessories. One of our Product Experts inspected the vehicle and then worked with the client to choose upgrades to suit his needs. With a plan in place, we ordered floor mats, a lift kit and a toolbox so they’d be here in time for the installation.
2020 GMC Pickup Lift Kit
We started this upgrade project by installing a Rough Country 95830 bolt-on 3-inch lift kit. The system includes re-clocked torsion spring adjust keys, new tubular upper control arms, front and rear shocks and rear axle spacers. The kit raises the front of the truck 3 inches and the back by 1.5 inches to level its stance. Our truck technicians installed all the new components and torqued the fasteners to spec to ensure everything would be reliable and safe.
Truck Accessories Add Convenience
With the suspension upgrades installed, next on the list was a toolbox from Camlocker. This aluminum toolbox will allow the owner to store equipment safely in the truck. He chose a low-profile model with tie-down rails on the lid and a gloss black finish.
The client asked for WeatherTech FloorLiner mats for the front and rear of the truck. The FloorLiner series of mats are molded from durable synthetic rubber to follow the contours of the footwells in the vehicle. They keep mud, sand, debris and liquid spills out of the carpet to maintain the vehicle’s appearance and value.
GMC Denali Window Tint
After all the upgrades and accessories were installed, our team rolled the Denali into our tint bay. The client wanted a tint that would match the privacy glass on the rear windows. We used our computer-controlled plotter to cut Llumar ATR window film to fit the driver and passenger windows’ contours. We never cut tint on our clients’ vehicles as this can damage the glass and the trim around the windows. Our dust-free tint bay ensures that no debris will get caught between the glass and the tint film.
