A client from Pelham recently contacted the team at Precision Audio to inquire about having his 2021 Jeep Gladiator upgraded with new wheels, tires and window tint. First, we helped the client choose wheels with a style he liked and tires to deliver the performance we wanted. We suggested adding a lift kit to the Jeep to ensure that the tires would clear. Finally, we showed the client the tint options we offer and explained the features and benefits.
Jeep Gladiator Wheel and Tire Upgrade
The client chose a set of 20-inch Moto Metal MO800 Deep Six wheels in a bronze tint for the Jeep. For tires, he picked Nitto Ridge Grappler tires sized at 35×12.5/20. We used our Hunter tire machine and road-force balancer to mount the tires on the wheels to ensure that they’d deliver a smooth ride. We added TPMS sensors so the Jeep would monitor each tire’s inflation. Finally, a set of locking lug nuts help keep the new rollers safe.
The installation of 35-inch tires required a little extra clearance on the front of the Jeep. We installed a Rough Country 2.5-inch leveling kit to provide that additional clearance. Our technicians are always sure to torque every fastener in the kit to factory specifications to ensure that the vehicle is safe. We finished the project with a wheel alignment using our Hunter alignment machine.
Heat-Rejecting Window Tint
The client wanted a window tint that would look good and help keep heat out of the dark red vehicle. After looking at our options, he chose Llumar ATR tint. Our technicians pulled the Jeep into our environmentally controlled tint bay and set to work preparing the windows while our computer controller plotter cut the film. We never cut tint on a client’s vehicle as it can damage the glass or rubber trim.
Georgia’s Best Truck Accessory Upgrades
The client was thrilled with the upgrades we made to his Jeep Gladiator. The new wheel and tire package looks amazing, and the leveling kit gives the vehicle a much more aggressive stance. In addition, we explained how to care for the window tint to help it last for the vehicle’s lifetime.
