A client from Whigham, Georgia, recently contacted Precision about upgrading the wheels, tires and window tint on her 2011 Cadillac CTS. During the consultation, we learned that her main concern was keeping the heat out of her vehicle and maintaining the comfort of her factory ride with aftermarket wheels and tires.
While going over the options for shades and quality of tint, we took her over to our heat lamp display. This display allows us to put Llumar films to work and show the client the differences in the amount of heat each film holds back. Once she felt the differences between each tint, she immediately agreed that the CTX was the best bang for the buck. The Llumar CTX series window tint holds back 99% of UV rays while cutting back up to 53% of the heat entering the vehicle. At 32%, the CTX ensures the owner plenty of privacy while staying cool during those hot summer days.
After we installed the window tint, it was time to install her new Blade BRT457 22” wheels. Using the 235/30/22 low-profile tires, we were able to install the wheels without having to cut into the fender of the vehicle. We were also able to retain the critical safety feature of the factory Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) by installing new tire pressure sensors in the aftermarket wheels. We also used locking lug nuts to protect her wheels from theft.
Once the tires were mounted, we balanced them with our Hunter Road Force balancing machine to ensure the new wheels on this Cadillac would provide a smooth ride, just like it did with her factory wheels and tires.
