A repeat client from Quincy, Florida, came to Precision Audio looking to upgrade his 2007 Chrysler 300 wheels and tires. Our team spent significant time with him to pick out the perfect set of wheels. In the process of looking over the car together, we mentioned some popular upgrades we do to these vehicles, and he liked what he was hearing. We worked up a proposal for him on these upgrades, and he liked it, so we scheduled an installation appointment for him.
VCT Wheels Transform This 300
Since the client initially came to us looking for wheels, we began by installing a set of VCT 22” chrome wheels and a set of 265/35r22 tires. This completely transformed the look of the car.
Chrome Accent Trim Pieces Continue The Transformation
While we were looking over the exterior of the car with the client, we suggested adding a new grille and some chrome trim to help set off the wheels. We installed a T-Rex chrome grille to finish off the front end of the vehicle, and added Putco chrome door-handle covers and mirror covers to set off the side of the car.
Tinted Windows Another Great Looking Upgrade
Once we had added all of the chrome to the vehicle, it was only natural to tint the windows to complete the look. We installed our Llumar ATC film on all of the windows, giving the Chrysler much more visual appeal while keeping the interior cooler and occupants protected from the sun’s harmful UV rays.
Upgraded Radio Boosts Vehicle Technology
Once we had the exterior looking great, we turned our attention to improving the sound of the music system and adding some new technology to the car. Our highly skilled technicians installed a Pioneer AVIC-5100NEX in-dash navigation system. The team at Precision Audio really likes this unit because it is packed with lots of features for the money. It gives the customer turn-by-turn, voice-guided navigation, along with Bluetooth for hands-free calling and music streaming. It also has USB ports to control all of his digital media and comes loaded with Apple’s Car Play software. We are big fans of this exciting technology, as it means our clients can use their iPhones safely while driving, doing most of the operation by voice control. We were able to integrate the unit seamlessly into the dash, keeping the steering wheel controls intact along with the factory-amplified audio system.
Backup Camera Increases Backing Safety
Once the client had a beautiful LCD display in the dash, a backup camera was a logical addition. We installed an Audiovox camera, centered in the rear of the vehicle, giving the client a great view of what is behind him.
